Samsung appliance repair Los Angeles
We have a top of the line Samsung cooktop/oven which had never had a problem not until it reached its 3rd year when we were suddenly alarmed that there was a burning smell coming from the Samsung oven when we turned it on to preheat. Having had it for several years already, we looked around for a reputable Samsung appliance repair online and found several ads from Magic Touch appliance Repair so we called them up.
We were scheduled for an Samsung appliance repair appointment the next day and our Samsung technician named Alex came as scheduled and looked at our Samsung oven. He looked inside of the oven and opened a panel and after a few minutes said that the heating element caused the solder connection to deteriorate which in turn caused some wiring to slowly burn up.
He took out his phone and called up someone to check for parts availability and after a short while handed me out an invoice with the quote for the Samsung oven repairs. We were expecting it to be much more expensive but were surprised when it was really affordable and he said he will be able to fix it in less than an hour after getting the parts from the supplier. We gave him the thumbs up to do the repair so he quickly left to get the parts.
He returned after a few hours and immediately replaced the damaged parts and he also redo the wiring. After a short while, he said the oven repair was done and it should have no more burnt smell and the Samsung oven should be working again.
We gave it a go and tested the Samsung oven and as what Alex guaranteed, there was no more burnt smell coming from the Samsung oven and it was working properly.
Thank you Magic Touch appliance repair and Samsung tech Alex, we now have assurance that we know someone to turn to when we have an appliance repair emergency and we will call Magic Touch appliance repair back again if in case we will be in need of appliance repair assistance again.
