I called Magic Touch appliance Repair for my Maytag stackable washer and dryer. The dryer wouldn’t start. It had some sort of electrical problem. Magic Touch appliance Repair came to me in the Altadena/Pasadena area. Instead of waiting for them at home for half a day, the serviceman called me when he was on his way to me. I left my work in Glendale to meet him at home without the unnecessary wait. He was very polite and took the time to explain the problem to me after diagnosing it. I procrastinated calling somebody to fix it. Now I’m enjoying my dryer running again.

Viking Range
I have a Viking Range cooktop and have it for a few years already. I noticed that sometimes 2 of the 3 burners won’t ignite properly especially if not used for a long time. I checked online and saw that there are a lot of people with Viking stove that are having the same problem as me. I needed to act quickly since my daughter will be having her birthday party by next week and I need to be sure that I will be able to use my Viking stove properly.
I browsed online and found Magic Touch Appliance Repair and immediately call them and scheduled an appointment. The next day Sergey arrived and looked at my Viking stove. After a few minutes, he said that the igniters were old and need to be replaced. He gave me a quote and he said he can order them and be able to repair in about 5 days. I found the estimate quite reasonable and told Sergey to order the parts for my Viking renge, needed so that he will be able to repair My Viking range ASAP. After a few days, he came back with the parts he needed and went ahead with the repairsof My Viking appliance. After an hour, he was already able to install the parts and did some maintenance on my Viking stove too.
You’re a lifesaver Sergey and Magic Touch appliance repair!!! We were able to prepare for my little girls Birthday Party without having a concern that our Viking Stove will go out while we do the cooking for the party.

Hi! My name is John S.
Danny from Magic Touch Appliance came out to my house to fix a central heater. In about ten minuets hi all ready knew what was wrong, and was writing an estimate,it was a brake down on parts and labor.
I o.k. it. and in minutes he installed the thermocouple that hi had on his truck,vakumed the aeia.
I did like the profeciolism, so i asked him to service my stove, he did check it, and found nothing wrong wiht it, and wished me a good thanksgiving, and no more problems with my appliances.
Ill definitely use em again.

Bunn Automatic Electric Coffee Urn
We have a Bunn Electric Coffee Urn for our Bed and Breakfast business and its so well used since we have a lot of customers that avail of our unlimited coffee during our breakfast service. One day our Bunn Coffee Urn just suddenly didn’t stayed hot. We tried unplugging and replugging the power on the Bunn coffee unit to see if it will make it work but to no avail. We checked online if there were any Same day appliance repairs near our area that service Bunn Coffee Equipment and found an ad from Magic Touch Appliance Repair.
We called them up that same day and luckily enough we were be able to be serviced that same afternoon. Mike, our Bunn coffee machine technician arrived that afternoon and looked at the Bunn coffee machine. He said that the sensor was already broken and needs to be replaced. He gave the estimate for the repair and said that he can be done with the repairs in less than 2 hours. He said that he has a spare sensor in his truck and could go ahead and do the repairs. We found that although it was an emergency repair, the cost of having it repaired the same day was not that expensive and we were even thinking that we might need to wait for a few days if the parts need to be ordered. So we went ahead and gave approval to Mike to go ahead and fix the Bunn coffee machine. He started disassembling the bunn machine and replaced the sensor thereafter. As what he promised, in less than 2 hours our Bunn coffee machine was brewing hot coffee again and maintained the hot coffee temperature that is desired.
Thank you Mike and Magic Touch Appliance Repair. We have already added you to our Contact List in any case any of our other appliances fail us and we need someone reliable to bail us out.
