I tried my luck and called several appliance repair companies and as what I have suspected, the first five companies I called said that they won’t be able to repair my Hotpoint Oven due to the part not being sold anymore. I tried calling a few more Hotpoint Oven repair companies until I spoke with Magic Touch appliance repair in Los Angeles.
They scheduled us for an appliance repair appointment the same day and our appliance technician named Mike arrived after lunch. appliance technician inspected our Hotpoint oven and said we were lucky since appliance technician still has some parts for this particular Hotpoint oven model. He said that the heating element has already burned out and needs replacement. Mike, appliance technician gave us an estimate and we agreed immediately since they were the only one appliance repair company in Los Angeles, who has parts for this Hotpoint Oven.
He went ahead with the Hotpoint Oven repair and after less than an hour our appliance technician was already done with the repairsof our Hotpoint appliance . Mike appliance technician asked us to give it a try and sure enough our Hotpoint oven was working again. Like everyone else, I cook my Thanksgiving Dinner way ahead of time so not to get stressed instead of enjoying the holiday with my family. I usually prepare the stuffing, pies and other baked goodies a day ahead but while I was about to start I noticed that my Viking stove was not igniting. Of all things to happen, my Viking stove has to be it and knowing that it will be a long weekend made it worse. Who on earth service Viking and work during Thanksgiving? I called our office electrician and he said that this is a high end Viking stove and he suggested to call Magic Touch Appliance Repair since he saw them before servicing the Sub Zero refrigerator and Viking ice machine of our office pantry. Searching online for their phone number, I called them up and what do you know they are working during the holidays.
Sergey arrived 2 hours later and was already looking at my Viking stove. He said the burner mojul was broken and needs to be replaced. Wasting no time, I already asked him to do the repairs so I can already start my cooking. He gave me a surprise with the estimate he gave since I was expecting it to be expensive having had the repairs done during a holiday, but I was wrong. A few minutes later, he tried on the Viking stove and it was working again.

Rinnai Automatic Rice Cooker
We run a small corner Sushi Shop and all our service slowed down when our Rice Cooker was suddenly burning the rice that we were cooking. Good enough we have a small backup rice cooker but it won’t be able to sustain the needed rice output that we need to make lots of rice for our sushi.
We called Magic Touch Appliance Repair and they were already in our kitchen in a few hours after we called them. Our appliance technician named Danny immediately looked at our Rice Cooker. Danny said that the thermostat control is defective hence it was burning the rice. appliance technician Danny gave us a quote on the Rinnai appliance repairs and said that he had the part for Rinnai Automatic Rice Cooker needed with him and will be done repairing it in less than an hour. Since the quote he gave was very affordable, we immediately gave him approval to do the repair and immediately started the repair of Rinnai Automatic Rice Cooker.
After a short while, appliance technician called our attention and said he is done with the Rice Cooker repairs and said the thermostat control should be working now and won’t burn the rice anymore. appliance technician said we can try a batch and just call him if there is still a problem. We tested the Rinnai rice cooker and as what he promised it was working properly and we were able to cook perfect rice.
