This review is long overdue and I just want to send the word out that these people at Magic Touch know their job by heart. If I remember correctly I’ve used them four times already, the fourth visit was to have my dryer checked. I’m a housewife with 2 toddlers, my husband travels a lot to handle the family business so I’m left to deal with repair issues at home most of the time and so far this appliance repair company hasn’t failed me. my dryer that’s half as old as me completely stopped working, the guy who came here suggested I was better off buying a new one than have it repaired only because it’s a big job to do and the prices for the parts are too high. I had a leaky Kenmore Fridge that was getting worse. Water was dripping out of the water dispenser and from the back of theat Kenmore refrigerator . I had a repairman for my Kenmore Fridge come out the same day. Jerry the repairman for my Kenmore Fridge, was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem in my Kenmore Fridge, faulty valve, and answered all of my questions. The repair of my Kenmore Fridge, took less than an hour and it hasn’t leaked since.
