We had a problem with our wall heater and was really thinking if we have it repaired now or wait when we will have the renovation done to our home a few months later. My wife said that we can’t wait that long so we either have the renovations done early or have the repairs done on the heater. We were still contemplating if we need to have a new heater installed or just have the old heater maintained and repaired.
We searched online to get quotes but were a bit miffed with the quotes that we got from the first few appliance repair companies we called. We tried Magic Touch Appliance repair and they weren’t able to give a quote but wanted to come over and look at the heater first. We liked their idea of sending a technician over for a minimal service call fee to look at the heater and see if it needs replacement or just repair the old one. Best part, they waive the service call fee if we go ahead with the repair. Our heater technician Mike arrived before lunch and inspected the heater. We informed him of the renovations we are planning and he said the old heater is still ok for use and will work well with the renovations that we were planning. He checked on the heater again to see what was wrong with it and after a short while he said the fan inside the heater was broken and needs to be replaced. He said he didn’t have the part with him but he can come back the next day after getting the part from the supply store. He gave us a quote for the repair including maintenance and it was way low from the initial prices we got from the other heater reoair companies we called. He came back the next day with the fan replacement and started with the repair. After about almost 2 hours, he was done doing the maintenance and repair of the heater.
I now have someone trustworthy to call when we have any appliance in need of repair. Thank you Mike and Magic Touch appliance repair.

Wall Heater Repair Los Angeles
Our heater was already ready due for maintenance having been uncleaned and no service at all for 5 years from the previous tenant that occupied the new apartment we moved into. I checked with our neighbours and they said that they all have repairs done by Magic Touch Appliance Repair since they availed of their service with the recommendation from one of their friends. I looked up online and tried other companies to compare prices and the first four companies I called gave me quotes even without seeing the heater first which made me a bit hesitant. I then called Magic Touch Appliance Repair and they scheduled me for an appointment for their Appliance Repair technician to look at our heater and give us an estimate thereafter. For a minimal service call fee that gets waived if we approved of the estimated cost was the shoo in for me to choose Magic Touch Appliance Repair and they scheduled us for an appointment the next day.
Our Appliance Repair technician named Jerry arrived first thing in the morning and started inspecting our heater. He said that although it wasn’t maintained for a long time, our heater wasn’t in that bad of a shape and will only need little maintenance on it. He gave us the quote for the maintenance of the heater, which was really way lower than the quotes I initially got from the previous companies I called. I immediately gave him the go signal and he went ahead with the heater maintenance. He only took about 2 hours and he was already done with the maintenance. We inspected the heater and it was humming perfectly.
