Viking Refrigerator
We have a very stylish and functional Viking Refrigerator that have been one of our most proud investments in our modest home.Our Viking Refrigerator has served our family for several years and didn’t have any problems with it due to the Viking refrigerator breaking down and stop getting cold.
The only problem we had with Our Viking Refrigerator, was when one of our kids unintentionally stored a hot casserole on one of the glass shelf of our refrigerator. We were just a bit surprise the next day that when we opened the refrigerator that the glass was shattered and food spilled all over inside the Viking refrigerator.
We tried to look online where we can buy a Viking replacement part for it but even the manufacturer said that its back ordered and we were unable to find any.
Out of desperation we called Magic Touch appliance repair to see if there was anything they can do about it and had their technician Rusty look at our Viking refrigerator to get the model and measurements of our refrigerator. He said that he will call back tomorrow once they are able to find a replacement or if not the next best thing to it.
He called back the next day and with good fortune Magic Touch appliance repair were able to purchase a replacement shelf for us. Viking technician from Magic Touch appliance repair came back a few days later after the order was delivered and came back and installed the new shelf. He offered also to do some maintenance on our refrigerator since to him he said it hasn’t been maintained for a while which I admitted to him we haven’t had it maintain since we bought the Viking. We agreed to do the maintenance and he did some maintenance work that he said will make the Viking refrigerator be cooler and was done with it after less than an hour.

Hobart Fryer Repair in Los Angeles
We are a small, trendy restaurant, located in Calabasas. Our restaurant was in need of repair on our Hobart fryer that wasn’t hot enough. La Cornue
La Cornue is a French oven and cooking range manufacturer, founded in 1908 by Albert Dupuy, a Parisian herbalist and perfumer. It currently produces three ranges of oven, Château, CornuFé and CornuChef ovens. Dupuy founded La Cornue in order to create ovens that used a new type of natural gas being used in Paris. By taking advantage of the circulation of hot air within the oven, he was able to create a much more effective oven than the others at the time. This first oven was called Rôtisseuse-Pâtissiere La Cornue (La Cornue Roast and Pastry cook). In the 1950s, Albert Dupuy was succeeded by André Dupuy and the company was modernised.

Magic Chef
Magic Chef, Inc. (formerly the American Stove Company) is an appliance brand owned by CNA International Inc. In the 1850s, a immigrant to the United States John Ringen began a tinshop in St. Louis, Missouri. His business prospered and in 1870, he took in a partner, George August Kahle, who had immigrated to America in 1867. The business sold housewares, washing machines, and cooking stoves they called “quick meals”. In 1881, George Kahle persuaded his brothers-in-law, Charles and Louis Stockstrom to set up a shop to make stoves. These four principals then organized two corporations, the Ringen Stove Company and the Quick Meal Stove Company.
