Alex was very nice. He knew exactly what to look for and found problem. He replaced a compressor on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator after a technician from another company had told me it was bad and would cost $1300 to fix. Magic Touch did it for half of that. So nice to have a pleasant experience and service.

Viking Refrigerator
We are proud owners of a Viking Refrigerator and it has done wonders for our family. We are heavy users of Ice and were got depressed a bit when suddenly our Viking Ice Maker in our Viking Refrigerator stopped dispensing ice. Having been a few years old already, it was already out of Viking warranty so we were on our own to have it repaired and serviced. We checked online looking for authorized Viking Appliance certified Repair Company and found an ad from Magic Touch Appliance repair. We quickly called Magic Touch Appliance repair up and were surprised that they were going to be at our house 2 hours after calling them. Our appliance technician named Alik arrived after a few hours and quickly looked at our Viking refrigerator. He said that the solenoid needs to be replaced so that it will dispense ice again. He wrote down his quote on an invoice and gave it to us and quickly gave our approval for the Viking refrigerator repair. He went back to his van and took the parts that he needed. Once he got the parts he went ahead and opened up the ice maker and started replacing the parts that were broken. After around an hour he said the repairs were done and it should be dispensing ice again.
We tested our Viking refrigerator and it was indeed dispensing ice now and worked better than the last time that it was working since it usually jams before.
Thank you Magic Touch Appliance repair and Alik Viking refrigerator repair professional , we are now enjoying again our cold drinks thanks to your repair to our Viking refrigerator.

Amana Refrigerator repair
We have a very old Amana Refrigerator that has been with our family for more than 9 years now and have never had any problems with Amana Refrigerator ever since we purchased it. The only problem we had with Amana Refrigerator was when it stopped working a few months back and we were already thinking that it was time to replace the Amana Refrigerator. We searched online and found several reviews of different brands and most of them are complaining that the new refrigerators being made now don’t last long as compared to the old ones so that made me thinking.
I wanted a 2nd opinion so I searched online and found an ad from Magic Touch appliance repair and they said they would drop by the same afternoon. Our appliance technician name Danny arrived around 3 pm and looked at our Amana refrigerator. He said our Amana refrigerator was pretty good shape given its age and the only problem with it is that the compressor has died which is normal for a Amana refrigerator this old. He gave me an estimate for the replacement and he said it’s worth it to repair instead of buying a new one. I gave him the go to do the repairs and he just made a quick phone call and said he will be back the next morning with the new compressor.
He was back around 9 am the next day and have the replacement compressor for my Amana Refrigerator with him. He quickly went to work and in less than 2 hours he have the new compressor in place. We checked the refrigerator and it was working again and quickly got cold in no time.
Thank you Danny and Magic Touch appliance repair service. You gave me the best advice and saved me lots of money with the repair you guys did on my Amana refrigerator.

PROGRAM CONTROL KNOB
Each wash program is specifically designed to give you the cleanest laundry possible. The table on page 10
defines each program in detail, so you can determine which program is best for each type of load.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB
The Temperature Control Knob lets you select the best wash temperature for each load. The temperature
options are restricted on some of the programs (as shown in the table on page 10). For example, the Wool/
Hand Wash program is restricted to cold or warm. This is to prevent accidentally washing delicate items in
hot water.
OPTION BUTTONS
These buttons give you even more wash options. Be sure to press the option buttons before you set the
Program knob to a wash program. Each option is explained in detail below.
Warm Rinse
If you select this option, the last rinse is with warm water. This function is not available with the Wool/Hand
Wash program.
Extra Rinse
The washing machine has been set up so that water consumption is reduced to a minimum. Two or three
rinses are usually sufficient. If desired, select this button for one additional rinse. This option is not available
with the Quick Wash program.
No Spin
This option omits all of the spin cycles. Recommended for delicate fabrics that should not be spun.
Half Load
This option is designed to save water when you are only washing a small, slightly soiled load. This option is
not available with the Wool/Hand Wash program.
ON/OFF BUTTON
This button merely switches the power to the machine off and on.
POWER INDICATOR LIGHT
This light glows when the power to the machine is on.
CANCELLING A PROGRAM
To cancel a program after it has started, simply turn the Program knob to any one of the dots around the
dial.

Maytag refrigerator repair
Our Maytag refrigerator has been flipflopping for the past several weeks and it turns off/doesn’t get cold for some duration than goes back on to getting cold again. We tried plugging it in to a different outlet in the house and cleaned it up ourselves but still want not getting cold sometimes.
We gave up and looked online for someone who can fix our Maytag refrigerator and found Magic Touch appliance repair number. They came an hour later after we called Magic Touch appliance repair, and Alex the appliance technician looked at our Maytag refrigerator . He said that the thermostat in our Maytag refrigerator was shorted and needs to be replaced; appliance technician gave us the quote to fix our Maytag refrigerator and said he will be done repairing in less than 45 minutes. We gave him the go signal and he started his work. And as what he promised, he was done with the repairs of Maytag refrigerator in 45 minutes. He gave us his mobile number and said that he will call us after a few hours to check on the Maytag refrigerator. Around suppertime he called and we gladly informed him that Maytag refrigerator was getting cold again. He told us to call him if the Maytag refrigerator stops getting cold again and displays the same symptoms before but we never did call him back again since the Maytag refrigerator has been working properly ever since.
