Kitchen Aid Refrigerator
My Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped working after a power outage and we have tried turning on/off the Kitchen Aid refrigerator if it will kick start it to work again but to no avail. My friend recommended I call Magic Touch Appliance Repair since he said they were the ones that fixed his GE Refrigerator and Kitchen Aid Stove before and give affordable prices for there appliance repair.
I called these guys and they sent a friendly, helpful appliance technician named Jerry the next day who arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem immediately (a shorted out circuit board), and, when he could not get the item locally told me that he can order it from the manufacturer but will take at least 2-5 business days to be delivered. I agreed to have the Kitchen Aid refrigerator repairs done and the part ordered since getting a new refrigerator was out of the question and out of our budged for that time being. Jerry called me back after 3 days and said that he can install the board the same afternoon so I agreed and went back home to meet him so he can do the refrigerator repairs. After a short while, he said he was done with the My Kitchen Aid refrigerator repairs. He told me it will take several hours for temperature to get cold and that I could call or text him the same evening if it was still not working so that he can come first thing the next morning. The visit the next day was unnecessary since after several hours of his repair, our Kitchen Aid refrigerator was working properly and was getting cold.
