Very clean, polite, and honest. Same-day appointment to fix my freezer and diagnostic fee waived as promised because I had them do the repair. Price was good and repair was quick. Unfortunately, the repairman snapped the fragile copper water line coming from the basement to the fridge and was unable to replace or repair it. He capped it off well, but I still had to then hire a plumber afterwards. I can’t recollect if I mentioned the fragile water line to him or not, but I was planning to replace it with a flexible line at some point anyway….just to bad it had to be when I couldn’t really afford to spend the money.
