Samsung Refrigerator
My Samsung Refrigerator had ice that was building up on the bottom of the freezer and was also making an odd noise, leaking a little bit onto the floor. I asked my neighbour who their Appliance Service Repair company was since I saw several times that there was an appliance repair truck outside of their house when their Whirlpool range and hood was not working and called in for appliance repair. He told me to call Magic Touch Appliance Repair and gave me their number. He even recommended to me to ask if Jerry will be the appliance technician who can service my Samsung Refrigerator, since it was Jerry who serviced them before.
Jerry arrived the same afternoon and quickly looked at the Samsung Refrigerator. He took apart the freezer found the problem was caused by some plastic that broke off and clogged the drain.
He was really patient taking apart the unit, and was really friendly during the whole process. I would not hesitate to call Magic Touch appliance repair and Jerry again if I will have any problems in the future with my other appliances.
