Samsung appliance repair
We got ourselves a Samsung Stove a few years back which was on sale at one of the appliance stores downtown and were very please how it worked for the first 2 years. Our dilemma started when one time that we were cooking something from the stove top and after turning off the burner noticed that it was still hot and glowing after more than 30 minutes of turning it off. During dinner that day, we were cooking up some stew and we tried putting it to a lower setting to simmer but it was still very hot.
This got us worried since we have kids roaming around the kitchen and need to have adults in the kitchen if the SAMSUNG RANGE is still hot after usage. We checked our receipts hoping that we are still covered with the SAMSUNG warranty but found out our SAMSUNG RANGE only has a 1 year warranty. We asked around our neighbourhood if they can recommend any appliance repair company and our next door neighbour recommended Magic Touch appliance repair service company, since she had them service several of their Samsung appliances already.
We looked for their number online and called Magic Touch appliance repair service company up and were fortunate to get someone to go out at around 5 pm that same day. Our Samsung range technician name Alex arrived and quickly looked at our SAMSUNG RANGE and after a few minutes told us that a board that controls the burner settings need to be replaced. He said he has the SAMSUNG RANGE part with him and can be done with the repairs in less than an hour and gave us a quote. We asked for him to go ahead and he just went back to his vehicle to get the replacement board. He dismantled some parts of the SAMSUNG RANGE and quickly replaced the board. After a short while he was already done repairing our SAMSUNG RANGE and asked us to try the Samsung stovetop again. And after putting up a pan on the burner, it was heating up quick and lowered down when put it on a lower setting.
