Blodgett Pizza Oven
We own a small pizza joint and our Blodgett Pizza Oven is the heart of our business. One morning as we were starting to turn on our Blodgett equipment, it just suddenly stopped working and we didn’t know what else to do. Oven seems working but it wasn’t getting hot for it to cook the pizzas that we are putting in. I searched online and found only a few Appliance repair companies who are familiar with Blodgett ovens but I went with Magic Touch Appliance repair since they gave me a 100% assurance that they can fix Blodgett Pizza Oven.
After scheduling our appointment, Magic Touch Appliance technician Rustan arrived after a few hours. He looked and inspected the Blodgett Pizza Oven and informed us that the temperature sensor was busted and needed to be replaced. Appliance technician gave me an estimate for the repair on Blodgett Pizza Oven and we found it really surprising that it was not that expensive given that it was an emergency to have the Blodgett Pizza Oven repaired the same day. He had the sensor on hand and just went back to his truck to get it. After less than an hour he was able to replace the sensor and the Blodgett Pizza Oven was working properly again in time for Friday night dinner.
